My name is Amanda LaShelle and I was born and raised in Bozeman, MT. I have three sisters (one older and two younger), amazing parents, and a dog who is on his last leg of life… quite literally. 🙁 I am currently a senior and cannot wait to graduate, although when it finally happens I’ll probably be scared to death. Despite the fact that both of my parents were jocks in high school, I find myself to be athletically challenged. Fittingly, my hobbies include safe, indoor activities such as reading, playing the piano, and painting. Art is one of my passions; I’m not necessarily talented, but I love it and I can’t wait to see how God will use it in my life. 😀

Hey Amanda,
I’m so excited to see another person added to the team! I’m totally jealous that you play the piano, I sing so its something I’ve always wanted to be able to do but unfortunately i’ve proven myself to be not the best student when anyone tries to teach me 🙂
Can’t wait to hear from you 🙂
Hey guys!
Actually, I’m joining the team with two of my friends; they just haven’t sent out their support letters yet. 🙂
I have a black lab named Cy. He’s less old than severely crippled. 🙁 I’m not amazing at the piano and I rarely play for an audience, but I like it well enough when I’m by myself. Beethoven is my favorite, I think. Singing is something I’ve always wished I could do well… but I can’t. 😀
Montana! It must be freezing there! I really have no idea what it’s like to be cold because it never gets much below 50 degrees here:)
You only have a few months left of school! Any plans for next year?
Hey everyone! My names Erin Carter…yes I know like the singer. I can’t wait to meet you all. I just got accepted today so I’m really excited but nervous at the same time. A lot of money to raise in just a few months! See you all soonish!
Hey Erin! This is looking like a pretty cool team so far. 🙂
You’re really missing out, Kameryn, it’s like 3 degrees outside right now… great fun. 😉 I’m still choosing between Boise State University and Montana State… I’m visiting BSU for Spring Break, so hopefully I’ll figure it out soon.
Haha yeah it is. Its about the same temperature here. Its REALLY windy today. I live in Rochester,NY so we’re known for cold weather 🙁 Can’t wait until summer.
Amanda! I feel for you in the athletic department. I am the exact same way. Maybe we can get better on this trip:)
Amanda,
Sounds like we have music in common, so I’m excited to talk with you about that! Can’t wait to meet you this summer!
Amanda! Hey girl its great to hear from you and that you are musically talented to make up for the lack of there of in my skills, I can now proudly say I can clap but beyond that I’ll leave it up to you. Have a blessed last few weeks of highschool and finish strong. Praying for yah!
Amanda,
I’m excited that you have joined the team to the DR! I smiled when I read that you have an old dog. I used to have a dog that got hit by a car three times. She broke her leg two of those times. Before She got hit the third (and fatal time), She was completely deaf and almost completely blind! every time my older brothers would visit, they would always ask, “Is She dead yet?” 🙂
What breed is your dog? What do you play most enjoy playing on the piano?
