Hi there Dominican Republic team! My name is Kate DiLeo and I’m one of your leaders for this summer. I am so blessed and honored to be a part of this dynamic team with you guys and I’m excited to meet each one of you and get to know you individually. To help you get to know me better, here’s just a little bit of information about who I am:
I am 23 years old and live in Minneapolis, Minnesota where I was raised for most of my life. I am a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Cultural Anthropology and Spanish. I am the general manager of a fitness center here in Minneapolis and while I love to work out, I love to relax just as much! I believe that a good cup of coffee can make any day better. I love to make people laugh and you’re most likely to find me busting into random dance moves during my free time. On the other hand, I also enjoy the quiet moments in life and being alone with the Lord. I absolutely LOVE to pray for people and have a heart to see people healed inside and out. Worship is another big part of my life and I feel most free when I’m singing!
